Your use of this website is conditional upon your acceptance and compliance with our Online Ordering Terms and Conditions as set out below.

Lettini reserves the right to amend the Online Ordering Terms and Conditions at any time without notice to the consumer. Your continued use of the website after any amendment becomes effective constitutes an agreement by you to abide and be bound by the Online Ordering Terms and Conditions, as so amended.

At Lettini we value your privacy and under the Privacy Act 1988 and the National Privacy Policy, any personal information we collect will be kept securely. This statement is our commitment to you, the consumer, of your privacy and the information we collect and hold.

We do not require consumers to disclose any information about them in order to browse our website and only require minimal information in order to make a purchase.

We will treat personal information we collect from you as strictly confidential. Other than as set out below, we will not reveal, disclose, pass on, sell, rent, distribute, share or licence to any third parties any personal information that you may have provided to us, unless we have your prior express consent to do so.

When you register on the Lettini website you are automatically added to our mailing list. If you prefer not to receive information from Lettini, you can unsubscribe by sending an email request to relax@lettini.com.au or by following the unsubscribe link on any newsletter you may receive from Lettini.

When you process a transaction with Lettini, all of your personal information, including your credit card number, is encoded with the latest encryption technology (see Secure Sockets Layer). This means it cannot be read as it travels to our ordering system.

Our order processing centre is not connected to the Internet and is not accessible in any way. Lettini does not collect financial information to process your payment. This information is solely handled by our banking partner and is collected on a secure server. This information is confidential and cannot be accessed beyond our banking institution.

Due to the nature of the Internet, there is certain information that is transmitted to us automatically, such as your IP address and the browser you are using. This information is collected for purely statistical reasons as part of our ongoing development however we do not attach any personal information to these statistics. Payment

Prices of products, delivery and other charges displayed on this website are current at the time of issue, but are subject to change at any time. If stock is unavailable, a customer service representative will contact regarding this.

Promotion Codes

Occasionally, Lettini will offer certain customers promotion codes of various discount amounts from time to time. Customers may need to first purchase a minimum value of products from Lettini in order to qualify for a promotion code.

These promotion codes can only be redeemed on Lettini. Promotion codes can be used any number of times within the promotion dates specified on the promotions terms and conditions.

When you order on Lettini and you choose to redeem a promotion code, the discount associated with the promotion code will be credited to your order.

Each promotion code will expire on the date shown on the promotions terms and conditions. The discount associated with the promotion code cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash or redeemed in any relevant retail store. If you misplace your promotion code, we cannot replace it.

  • the small padlock at the foot of your browser or next to the URL bar (IE7)

    Delivery & Returns

    • Delivery costs are calculated using the weight of the product and the delivery distance.

    At this stage, we do not deliver to any other countries other than Australia.

    Returns

    Returns Policy

    Products must be returned within 7 days of original despatch date. The Lettini exchange/return form must be included with the item when returned. Lettini does not take responsibility for products not received if a customer attempts to send a product to Lettini via non registered post.

    Faulty Item

    Products will be inspected by our Quality Assurance Department on return and if the item is deemed to be faulty due to manufacturing or fabric materials, Lettini will replace or refund free of additional freight charges. If deemed not to be faulty, it will not qualify for an exchange or refund.
